    Philly 1st knew the bang of Chef Frederick since 2009. He officially started the company in 2012 and has been rocking things since then.  His cooking goes beyond Soul Food! In fact Chef Fred did a Summer Series showcasing his Latin/Spanish, African, French, & Italian culinary skills as well.
